These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "You") and rajbazz (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the rajbazz website, its associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, or any services provided under the rajbazz brand, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all activities conducted through the rajbazz platform, including but not limited to: account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting (including cricket, table tennis, football, and kabaddi), jackpot bingo, slot play, live dealer gaming, participation in promotions and tournaments, use of customer support services, and access to any rajbazz mobile or browser-based interface.

These Terms are governed by the principles of fair dealing and are intended to be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

rajbazz reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice, and to amend these Terms at its sole discretion. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible via the /terms-conditions page. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

Access to and use of the rajbazz platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activity in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.1 Age Verification

rajbazz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during a player's account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to processing the first withdrawal, and at any point where the platform has reason to suspect that the account holder may be under the age of 18. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identification card, passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised authority.

Where a player fails to provide adequate age verification documents within the time period specified in the request, rajbazz reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until the required verification is completed satisfactorily.

2.2 Underage Play

Should rajbazz determine at any point that a player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during the period in which they conducted gambling activity on the platform, the following actions will be taken without exception: the account will be closed immediately; all deposits made by the underage player will be returned in full; any winnings accumulated during the period of underage play will be forfeited entirely; and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

2.3 Territorial Eligibility

The rajbazz platform is designed and operated to serve players located in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their participation in online gambling is lawful in their specific location at the time of play. rajbazz makes no representation that its services are available or legal in jurisdictions outside of Bangladesh, and players accessing the platform from other territories do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

To access real-money gaming and betting features on rajbazz, you must complete the account registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.1 Registration Requirements

At the time of registration, you will be required to provide, at a minimum, the following information: a valid and unique email address; a secure password of your own choosing; your full legal name as it appears on your official identification documents; your date of birth; your current residential address within Bangladesh; and a valid mobile phone number capable of receiving OTP (one-time password) verification messages. All information submitted during registration must be truthful and accurate. The submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration data constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account at rajbazz at any given time. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, a different device, the same payment method, or a different payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, rajbazz reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rajbazz login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person, allow any third party to place bets or conduct gaming activity using your account, or access any other player's account for any reason. You agree to notify rajbazz support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. rajbazz will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

rajbazz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible platform management practices. Full KYC verification — which requires submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. rajbazz may also request source-of-funds documentation for transactions above certain thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified time period will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

rajbazz supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at rajbazz is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit cap under standard account settings, though the platform reserves the right to apply deposit limits at its discretion for security or responsible gaming purposes. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's account balance in real time in the majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. rajbazz does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering safeguards. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 4 business hours during standard operating times (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank withdrawals may take up to 2 business days. rajbazz reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, and processing times may be extended where such documentation is outstanding.

4.3 Payment Method Integrity

Players must only use payment methods that are registered in their own name. The use of payment accounts belonging to another individual — including family members — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of the withdrawal in question pending investigation. Any attempt to use payment methods associated with fraudulent activity, stolen funds, or unauthorised third-party accounts will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4.4 Currency

All balances, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals on rajbazz are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). rajbazz does not charge currency conversion fees for Taka-denominated transactions. If your payment provider applies a currency conversion at their end, that fee is beyond rajbazz's control and is the player's responsibility.

rajbazz offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is offered.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded at rajbazz are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, unless the promotion specifies a combined deposit-plus-bonus calculation.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the fulfilment of a bonus wagering requirement. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute 10%; sports betting markets contribute at a rate specified per promotion; jackpot bingo and table tennis markets contribute as stated in the relevant promotion terms. These rates are subject to change and the applicable rate for each promotion will be published in the promotion's specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses awarded at rajbazz carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of award depending on the promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that have not been used or withdrawn within the validity period will be forfeited automatically without prior notice. Players are responsible for monitoring their own bonus validity periods via the account dashboard.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

rajbazz reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the game; exploiting software errors or platform bugs to obtain unfair bonus advantage; and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes collectively.

5.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from a free bonus (a bonus awarded without a corresponding deposit) is capped at ৳10,000 or the value of 10x the bonus amount, whichever is lower. This cap does not apply to bonuses awarded on top of a real-money deposit of equivalent or greater value.

By using the rajbazz platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations apply to your use of the platform and to your interactions with rajbazz staff, other players, game systems, and third-party service providers integrated within the platform.

6.1 You Agree To

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all stages of registration, verification, and ongoing account management.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify rajbazz immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
• Comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh in connection with your use of the platform.
• Engage with the responsible gaming tools provided and make use of deposit limits, session time-outs, or self-exclusion where appropriate to your circumstances.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account at rajbazz under any identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or misconfigured odds display to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in match fixing, manipulation of sports outcomes, or collusion with other players to influence the result of any betting market.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward rajbazz staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform for which you do not have authorisation, or attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent territory restrictions or account suspensions.

rajbazz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where it is required to do so for responsible gaming reasons, or where it is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their rajbazz account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the customer support team at support@rajbazz. Upon receipt of a closure request, rajbazz will process any outstanding real-money balance (subject to pending wagering requirements on bonus funds) to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

7.2 Platform-Initiated Closure

rajbazz may close or indefinitely suspend an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: confirmed or suspected breach of the One Account Policy; confirmed or suspected age restriction violation; confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; player request for self-exclusion; or any other conduct that rajbazz reasonably determines to be in violation of these Terms. Where a platform-initiated closure results in a genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds or funds under investigation), rajbazz will return that balance to the player following the completion of any necessary investigation.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the rajbazz platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to the support team. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked, no promotional communications will be sent, and re-activation of the account before the end of the exclusion period will not be permitted. For permanent self-exclusion, the account will be closed and may not be reopened under any circumstances.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. rajbazz will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. A dormancy fee of ৳100 per calendar month may be applied to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactive period. If the balance reaches ৳0 as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rajbazz, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the rajbazz platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings or profits; loss of data or account access; technical failures, server outages, or communication disruptions beyond rajbazz's reasonable control; errors in odds pricing or game display that were corrected within a reasonable timeframe; or actions taken in good faith pursuant to these Terms.

8.1 Platform Availability

rajbazz makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available and fully functional at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. rajbazz will not be held responsible for any betting or gaming decisions that could not be placed or modified during a period of unplanned downtime.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games hosted on the rajbazz platform are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules, RTP figures, and payout mechanisms for these games are determined by the respective providers and are outside the direct control of rajbazz. In the event of a dispute arising from a third-party game outcome, rajbazz will work with the relevant provider to investigate, but cannot guarantee a particular resolution outcome.

8.3 Governing Principles

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of rajbazz shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and transparency. rajbazz is committed to resolving all player disputes in good faith. Players who wish to raise a formal complaint should contact the customer support team at support@rajbazz in the first instance. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt and a substantive response will be provided within 5 business days.
